It was ice rain last year in Moscow region. The trees were all in ice crust. Lots of them broke under the weight of ice. You can still see them bent in the forests.
Russia: on and off the beaten track We've never liked touristy spots. Wherever we go we do our best to find something that's not hackneyed, something with a difference. We're going to write in this blog about such places which are attractive to tourists and still remain authentic.
